Jacquie Mahan
"Pilates has transformed my life in more ways than one. For years, I owned and ran an art gallery. After I had my two sons, I found my body had changed in a way not to my liking. I learned about Pilates by chance, and found that practicing it regularly got me in better shape than before I had children. I am stronger with lean muscle, flexibility, resilient to injury, and my mind is centered and balanced. Pilates has also transformed my career. I have become a classically trained, certified Pilates instructor in mat and apparatus, and I've combined my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for exercise to launch this studio. My colleagues, Frankie, Mary, Monique and Heather inspire me every day with their energy, expertise and eagerness to positively change people's lives through Pilates."

Frankie Clancy
"I am a fitness junkie who has been training and teaching in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. I am certified to teach broad range of fitness classes including step, weight conditioning, TRX, and kickboxing, and have been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1990. Because of a hip injury, I discovered Pilates to balance out my workouts and realized that Pilates was the anti-aging workout I was craving! I hold certifications from Polestar and Power Pilates and am a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certified trainer. As a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates, I travel the Midwest instructing certification programs and continuing education workshops. My goal is to teach the Pilates method in its classic form and teach trainers how to be successful instructors. I work with people of all fitness levels, and am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and change your life with Pilates."

Mary Willis
"The art of movement has always been a part of my life as a gymnast, cheerleader and competitive equestrian. My college studies in anatomy and adaptive P.E. taught me that 'movement heals,' and I've been a fitness instructor since the early '90s. I'm certified in all types of group fitness and personal training, and I enjoy teaching workshops to help other instructors develop their skills. I've completed the highest level of certifications in both the classical and contemporary methods of Pilates including Polestar Pilates, Physical Mind Pilates and Power Pilates. I'm also certified in the Xtend Ballet Barre Method and have received Level 1 Foundation GYROKINESIS ® certificate of apprenticeship. I look forward to making your workouts fun, functional, and most of all...never boring."

"After I gained a substantial amount of weight post-college, I was determined to make fitness and health a priority in my life. I fell in love with Pilates after my first equipment session! Pilates nurtured and transformed my body while providing the constant opportunity to challenge myself in new ways and find greater depth in my personal practice. It became the cornerstone of my fitness journey that helped me lose over 100 pounds. As a certified mat and equipment trainer, I want to help others find their own transformation from the inside out through this most amazing discipline called Pilates."

I studied to become a Power Pilates Instructor for both Mat and Equipment training obtaining my Systems 3 or 600 Hour Certificate.
